Practice Focus
Margaret joined our firm in 1989. Her practice is in the areas of public finance, including representation of issuers, investment bankers, institutions, credit enhancers and corporate trustees, commercial lending, including representation of lenders and borrowers, commercial leasing, real estate and consumer finance.
- Represented a regional bank in connection with preparation of letter of credit/reimbursement agreements supporting bond financings.
- Representation of lenders and borrowers in multi state lending transactions including a recent $360,000,000 financing.
- Represented commercial property owner in dispute regarding fee ownership of discontinued road.

Margaret is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
Community Involvement
Margaret currently serves as Vice Chair and on the Board of Trustees of Mt. St. Mary’s Academy in Manchester, New Hampshire and resides on the Board of Directors of Neighbor Works Greater Manchester. She is a past Board Member of the Salvation Army in Manchester where she focused on Manchester’s Kids’ Café.
