Practice Focus
David assists companies of all sizes with various matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts and securities regulation.
Before joining Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green in 2006, David served as counsel for the New Hampshire Bureau of Securities Regulation where he enforced the state’s Blue Sky laws in actions involving investment advisors, broker-dealers, and retirement plan providers. Before embarking on a career in law, David worked as an accountant and analyst in the investment industry.
