| (September 22, 2005. Manchester, NH) - Attorneys Joseph DiBrigida and John Bentas, of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green, worked with Vox Communications Group LLC to facilitate the purchase of several radio stations in Florida and Virginia for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $6.3 million.
Included in the deal were the following stations: WZXI- FM, licensed to Buffalo Gap, VA; WSIG-FM, licensed to Mount Jackson, VA; WWUS-FM, licensed to Big Pine Key, FL, WCNK-FM, licensed to Key West, FL and WWWK-FM, licensed to Marathon, FL. The Sheehan Phinney team also assisted its client in obtaining financing to fund the acquisitions through a combination of private equity investments and commercial debt.
