(September 15, 2005. Manchester, NH) - Kenneth Viscarello, a partner in the law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA, was appointed Chairman of the firm's Corporate Department.
In his new capacity, Viscarello will oversee the firm's 35 corporate attorneys and manage the staffing of departmental projects. The Corporate Chair is also an ex-officio member of the firm's four-member management committee and bears the responsibility for strategic decisions involving that department.
Practicing in the firm's Real Estate and Commercial Lending Group, attorney Viscarello concentrates on affordable housing development utilizing low-income housing tax credits; representing regional and national commercial lenders in connection with complex commercial lending transactions; construction law; the representation of contractors, developers and architects in the negotiation of contracts; and on-going representation of business and corporate clients. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Viscarello is a member of the Special Olympics United States Leadership Council, a member of the NH Preservation Alliance Board of Directors, former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Intown Manchester Management and former Chairman and current board member of the Board of Special Olympics New Hampshire. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston College and his B.A. from Boston College.
