Sheehan Attorneys Assist in the Sale of Radio Station WKXL-AM |

Manchester, NH) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green attorneys Joseph DiBrigida and John Bentas formed the legal team representing Embro Communications, LLC and Embro Holdings, LLC in the successful sale of radio station WKXL-AM in Concord, New Hampshire to New Hampshire Family Radio, LLC and 37 Redington Road, LLC on February 1, 2005. The transaction also involved the sale of a substantial parcel of property consisting of approximately 16 acres in the city of Concord. DiBrigida and Bentas are both members of the firm's Corporate Group with extensive experience in: communications and broadcasting; business formation and planning; business sales, mergers and acquisitions; real estate transactions; and contract negotiations. |
