Sheehan Attorneys Assist in $37 Million Sale of Vox Radio Stations |

Manchester, NH.) - Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green attorneys Joseph DiBrigida and John Bentas formed the legal team representing Vox Radio Group, LP (and its affiliated entities) in the successful sales of radio stations in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York and Pennsylvania for an aggregate sale price of $37 million. Vox Radio Group is a radio broadcasting company with radio stations located throughout the eastern United States. DiBrigida and Bentas are both members of the firm's Corporate Group with extensive experience in: communications and broadcasting; business formation and planning; business sales, mergers and acquisitions; real estate transactions; and contract negotiations. |
