(December 26, 2005. Concord, NH) - Robert P. Cheney Jr., a partner at Sheehan, Phinney, Bass + Green PA, was named president of the board of trustees for Familystrength in Concord. Atty. Cheney has been involved with the board since January 2003.
In 2005, Familystrength celebrated its 20th year of providing home-based, strength-focused counseling and support services to children and families throughout New Hampshire. The organization has helped families remain intact and prevent out-of-home placement such as foster care, youth detention, psychiatric hospitalization, nursing homes and other forms of institutionalization.
