(November 21, 2005. Manchester, NH) - David W. McGrath, a partner with the law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green, has been appointed a member of Sheehan Phinney's four-member management team.
The management team oversees the administrative and business functions for all four offices of the 50+ attorney law firm. McGrath takes the place of Ken Viscarello, who was recently appointed Chairman of the firm's Corporate Department and who remains as a member of the management team.
Attorney McGrath is a member of the firm's business litigation and labor and employment practice groups. He represents clients in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings and routinely handles trade secret, non-competition, predatory hiring, fiduciary duty and discrimination cases.
He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and before the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and serves as a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association Ethics Committee and as member of the Board of Directors of The Upper Room, a local family resource center. He has been an attorney at the firm since he graduated from Cornell Law School in 1992.
